She learned to persevere, and never give up – which is such an important lesson for young girl to learn. Of course, I love when she picks books that will teach her a good lesson, like The Questioneers books. While it totally breaks my heart to know she doesn’t need me to read to her anymore, I love seeing her gain some independence. Lately, my oldest has really started reading books on her own.
